PURCHASING

Use the drop down menu at the top of the page to navigate to what you are interested in.  A shopping cart has been added to the website to make your purchasing easy.   Clicking on any of the products shown will take you to a page with more details.  When you have made your decision simply add your desired pattern to the cart.   All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars.

When you are ready, view your shopping cart purchases by clicking on Cart in the menu.  Here you can add extra, or delete purchases.  Look below and it will calculate the postage costs.

PAYMENT

After you have filled in your postal details and proceeded with your order you will be redirected to Paypal for payment.  This is a secure way for you to pay with your credit/debit card.  At no time do I see any of your credit card details.

SHIPPING
All deliveries within Australia are free and delivered with Australia Post.

Overseas shipping costs are based on the patterns weight being either light or medium weight or heavy.  A base cost  of $3.00 per order is charged plus either $2.00 per item (if it is lightweight) or $3.50 per item for the medium weight patterns.   (We only have one pattern that is Heavy, it is Dinosaur Nights, this is a very big pattern, and the per item charge for it is $5.00)  Patterns are sent with Australia Post by standard Airmail.

Orders will be sent sometimes the same day but at the most between 1 and 3 days after payment is received.

Please allow time, sometimes it can take up to 10 days at busy times of year to reach you.  Normally it is much quicker though.

REFUNDS POLICY

Normally everyone is very happy with their purchase, and we like it that way, so if you have a problem, for instance if you have not received your order, please do contact straight away.  We will work together to solve the issue.  However refunds are available if the problem cannot be resolved.

Do please read the details about each pattern, if the pattern has arrived and it is as it was described in the details, then if you are unhappy about your purchase we would require you to be responsible for the return postage.

Any taxes payable on entry to the buyers country are payable by the buyer.
