To use these easy applique designs, choose two contrasting colours, and make
the central square once, then reverse the colours and make it again. Use
mix and match prints or plains. Add
your borders, and finish off to make two stylish matching cushion covers.

bonding web to fuse the separate pieces of fabric to the background. They are then
machine appliqued or sewn by hand using embroidery stitches like blanket stitch or
button hole stitch. Using basic patchwork for the background and borders, the
